Took the pet urine smell right out! Our technician, Chris Chompton, did an amazing job! We had Zerorez clean our carpets several years ago but was not impressed by the outcome. We decided to give Zerorez one more try, I truly think the level of service and outcome is dependent on the technician. Chris rocked it! Our carpets look like new again.

Your crews are always pleasant, do a great job, and i appreciate the care -- ie the door covering, shoe covers, etc. The orange smell is always pleasant and not overwhelming.
