The carpets look great after being cleaned. At least three of my neighbors have used Zerorez,so
your service came highly recommended. Your associate was able to complete the cleaning ahead
of schedule, give me good post-cleaning instructions, and complete the service in a reasonable amount of time.

What do you like about our products and services?

Carpet cleaning was excellent. We did our living room, hallway and both stairways. Our cat passed away last week so we needed to have the carpet new again. All the stains were removed and it looks and smells like new. I'm very pleased with the results.

Cleaning was done quickly (that did surprise me)with minimal moving of items on my part.

I have not been home much since the cleaning so have not had time to evaluate the entire
cleaning job.

The guy was professional and did a great job getting the stains out of one year old carpet after my dogs got sick! I had hip surgery that morning and he went above and beyond on working efficiently so I could rest. He was SO polite and professional. What a great asset for your company! I am hopeful next time I have my carpets cleaned I get the same tech! Thank you!

Tech was professional and friendly

Even though there weren't any openings for a couple days, scheduler was able to get us in the next day so that cleaning could be done before new furniture arrived
