Great service, knowledgeable technician, carpets are clean and soft as well as smell terrific. We have a large older Golden Retriever that sleeps in the same spot on the carpet and no matter how many rugs, beds or blankets he sleeps on, the carpet still got very dirty with his oils.. Now only we know where he usually sleeps.

Clean. However, I do not like that my stairs were soaking wet, the last time I had the done they were never sopping wet.
We were able to get our carpets cleaned on Sunday. Our service tech was very friendly and efficient. I like the fact that we don't have a soapy residue on our carpets and they dried quickly.

That the cleaners used are not chemical. The personnel were very accommodating and thorough. Our carpet came out very clean and did not smell like wet carpet afterwards. Beware price is higher than quoted online.

Two techs came to our home to clean on a Sunday, which we really appreciated. It was great not to have to take time off of work to have our carpets cleaned. The techs were very professional, helpful, honest, and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I unfortunately do not remember both of their names, but one was Les. I was given a very thorough quote over the phone over what the services were, and what prices to expect, and the work completed followed the quote. I feel that the discussion of stains and costs was also very realistic, what might come out, what it might take to come out, and what may not be able to be cleaned to look like new...both on the phone and in person. Our carpets came out better than I anticipated. This is after 4 years of wear and tear involving heavy foot traffic, spills, and some pets. I also liked that both techs were very organized. The set up/cleanup process was very streamlined. Every aspect of the service provided was great.

I have used Zerorez twice now and both times we had knowledgeable, friendly staff who did a great job cleaning up our old carpet making it look a lot better! We were very pleased with the results and will use them again in the future!
Well just getting everything off the floor was the hardest step in the process. Once the zerorez person Josh who was able to come early and did an excellent job of cleaning. He dried the carpet in the office so I could get back to work. It was an awesome experience I will use Zerorez again and again. They did an amazing job and our carpet looks great. The only thing that irritated me a little was the fact that at the bottom of the stairs there is a landing and a distinct line that breaks the landing and the basement carpet. When cleaning the landing some of the basement carpet was cleaned and now it is visible how dirty the basement carpet is. Quite irritating due to the fact that I am not planning on cleaning the basement carpet. Great job just frustrating.
No residue left behind, the service was great, the employees who came to our house were very knowledgeable and extremely nice. They even discussed other items of concern and were knowledgeable on that as well. Extremely helpful!
Although the stains were not removed due to the age of the carpet, the cleaning left the carpeting clean and fresh and no crunchy residue.

I like the smell of the pre-treatment to the carpet and that there are no other chemicals involved in the cleaning of the carpet. Ryan who did the cleaning at my house did a great job of explaining the procedure. The carpet cleaning turned out better than expected. Very pleased!
