Scheduling is easy; There is never a very long wait to receive service; The cleaning process is awesome - the carpets always look and smell great; the technicians do a great job explaining the process and products being used. My only issue is the set cost for two rooms when I only have small living room with carpet and a "traffic area." I still recommend the service to numerous friends and co-workers.
