He handled a most difficult situation when his van broke down in our driveway at the end of the service... with calm, with professionalism. He never once placed blame or criticism on the situation. Rather, he identified a strategy for discussing the situation with his supervisor and brainstormed an alternate policy for towing situations. Derek is a company star employee. You are lucky to have him.
