Antonio was very knowledgeable about pet stains and accidents. He explained everything he did and was great explaining things to my 7 year old son as well. Our courteous representative was fabulous. With it being the coldest day so far this year, he managed to keep most of the cold outside vs. inside w/ the shield for the door. He explained the steps in the cleaning procedure. The big ugly stain even came out!!
