Transparency, customer service, quality of work, cleaning methods and materials.
However this time, for our first air duct cleaning, I found some metal shavings on the floor nearby the furnace and also on top of the main furnace box. This could be somehow dangerous when having kids on the house, or perhaps walking barefoot around.

I had my two wingback recliners cleaned, and they look really nice and new, even though they are about 15 years old. The stains were removed from my bedroom carpet, and the carpet looks great. There is somewhat of a stiff feeling to the carpet, but it is not a big deal. They cleaned the indoor/outdoor rug in front of the kitchen sink for free and it looks great. My two area rugs are still out for cleaning, so I can't comment on those. The two gentlemen who did the work were extremely nice and professional.

I think Zerorez is great, and I will use them again.

Seemed to work very well, only thing is they have square marks all over the floors from where they lifted and put Styrofoam under and then did not put all the furniture back which was smart because it was wet but I have these squares what can I do to get the carpet to bounce back
