Very pleased how clean my 15 year old cream color Berber carpet came out, looks like new! I have had other companies clean it and it always left a hard filmy feel. Because you clean it basically hot water I believe it got up those other chemicals left behind. Totally would recommend you and will schedule another time in the future. Your staff was extremely pleasant and very informative with your procedure.

Ryan was very knowledgeable and friendly. He told me what he was going to do and about all the other services Zerorez offers. He looked at my air vent and explained the process for cleaning them; I will be calling for this service too. I was interested in the pre-treatment that was used and ended up buying the spot treatment concentrate. I have used the spot treatment and it works great; very happy Ryan told me about it. I was very happy with the results of cleaning my carpets and it made my house smell good as well.
