Your staff member, Caleb, did a fantastic job and was very efficient and friendly. The whole process took about and hour and a half from start to finish and my carpets looked WAY better after he was finished.

I love that there is no harsh chemicals that are being used on my carpet. You back up your service if there is a problem and will fix it.
