Your service people go over exactly what is needed and then explain what they will be doing. We have always been very pleased with your service. The carpets feel and look so clean. This time we also had tile cleaned, which we haven't had done for a few years. I hate to even walk on it now, because it is so nice. Mel was our service tech this time. He did a great job and so pleasant. He works very hard. Thank you.
I've already recommended zero rez to 2 friends planning to get their carpet cleaned in the Spring. I like that my older carpet on stairs & in loft look much better than they did when i had them cleaned years ago. I was planning to replace my carpet next year but now I can wait a couple years. The technician, Dominique, was very friendly, not at all pushy when explaining the other services you provide. Indeed, because of his personality I ordered duct cleaning. I can only hope the duct cleaning technician is as professional and personable as Dominique.
