I loved everything! I liked how quickly they got me an appointment. I liked how I was notified 20 minutes before arrival. I liked how the cleaner did a very good job running his hoses and not wrecking anything and taking his time to make sure the carpets were very clean.
Our Tech, Matt, was great! He managed to clean the carpet and couch around me working from home and our three large dogs without being disruptive and had a helpful service attitude from start to end.
