He communicated well, was friendly, listened to our concerns, explained his procedures thoroughly, and even though it was the coldest day of the year so far, he made our home stay warm with your door shield and his tremendous effort to make the carpet as clean as possible.

This dude couldn't even get my taco order right, how am I supposed to trust that my carpets are even clean?
He wouldn't stop talking about himself, and how he's such a big deal. "NumBeR oNE TeCH" he keeps saying, and I'm over here like bro, you just sprayed my cat. 🤷🏻‍♂️ (The cat is STILL in hiding.)
Anyway, I would like a full refund, and for Jack to come back and put all the dirt back into my carpets. He didn't tell me that my place would lose that heavy, funky musk that made it feel like home, and I want it back. Now it just smells clean. Ugh.

The service was fantastic because of Joe!!! He was very informative, answered all of my questions, explained everything that he was doing and was very caring to the rest of my home as he went in and out and just a very nice person that I felt so comfortable having him in my home! I was also very grateful that the sales rep on the phone found a way to apply the sale price as I have a very small room that needs to be cleaned! Yes, I have already recommended you to my daughter in law!!! And the carpet looks so much better and doesn't smell of horrible chemicals! Thank you all!
