I was disappointed with the service this time because the fella didn't have supplies to put under the furniture, I had to supply plastic bags which didn't do a very good job because they cover to much carpet that doesn't dry well.

Carpet cleaning service in Minneapolis, MN was GREAT. Zerorez arrived as scheduled, he prepped and cleaned identified spaces and stairs. I couldn't believe spots that had been there a while are gone {I did not expect that the cleaning to work as well as it did). AND nap was raised in high-traffic places. A family member commented the rooms are brighter!
We ran a dehumidifier less than a day; all areas dried in less than 24 hours.
I won't hesitate to have them come again to do a different level of the home.
i am very pleased overall, there is just one place that needs redoing. I think it was covered with pre-stain product? It actually looks worse then before cleaned? I am trying to call to talk with agent, but on hold for a while now.
