I have used zerorez in the past for carpet cleaning and when it was done the carpet looked brand new ! This time i had zerorez clean my HVAC ductwork and the crew was polite, understanding and expalined everything in detail. I will be using zerorez in the near future of spring 2025 to get my carpets cleaned again, might not look new but "like new"? I only say that because the carpet is about 16yrs old and there is only so much a good carpet cleaning can do for older carpet thats being honest. but zerorez now has proven to myself two times they mean what they say and say what they mean and stand by it !
