Derek did a nice job of coordinating cleaning carpet and tile on a Saturday to avoid busy conditions in our office and warehouse. Both techs were very personable ,knowledgeable, and did a very nice job of cleaning for us. Thanks First name removed

We love the friendly, informative staff - and we always feel like the carpeting is as clean as it can possibly be. We chose to have the air ducts cleaned because we knew the quality of work would be the best! Moe H. cleaned our ducts and furnace - he did a great job, was informative and so personable! John H. cleaned our family room carpeting better than we even thought possible.

Very much on time. Did an excellent job before cleaning of going over any troubled areas containing spots or stains. The price and amount of time required to clean three levels of a house was very reasonable. Dry time took a little longer than anticipated due the high level of humidity from the cleaning along with the humidity level outdoors. Thank you very much for the great level of cleaning.

That there are no bad chemicals! And the power of the vacuum, so the carpeting dries faster.
Prices for cleaning my couch & chair were ridiculously expensive , so I opted out of that. More expensive than the carpeting!!

I am always amazed when ZeroRez cleans our carpet! I always think that it will never come as clean as I want it to. When you leave, it looks like I have brand new carpet again and it smells so good!!!
