Had a flawless experience using ZEROREZ to get our basement carpets cleaned this week. From completing a request online, to setting up the appointment on the phone a couple days later, getting a time block estimate 2 days before the appointment and a call when they were on their way - the process was seamless, simple and filled with good customer service. Chad was pleasant, informative, professional and thorough. Within 90 minutes it was complete, everything picked up and he was on his way. The carpets looks brand new and it smells nice and fresh! Highly recommend.

My experience was probably different from most. My carpet cleaning went wrong somehow... Maybe too much water was used at the second try to get pet odor out of the carpet. My carpet was left smelling moldy and of bacteria. I dealt with a supervisor named Dennis. He was fabulous! Very timely in his communication. He came out with a lead technician the second time to try and get a good result. They were both out at my house after hours on a Friday. Once we discovered that the odor was still in the carpet and it couldn't be saved, Dennis and the ZeroRez team didn't hesitate. They did what they had to do to make it right and sent their new carpet installer out to my house within 2 days...and within a week I had new carpet.
