The technician was so responsive to get here quickly (it was a bit of an emergency on carpet that was less than a week old), and to do a great job.

Brandon was nice and did a good job. He represented zerorez well. With time limited by zerorez he could not do an exceptional job. Example, wiping the baseboard all around the house. He simply did not have time in the schedule. It would have taken substantial time. We will recommend zerorez to others.

I've used Zerorez several times and am always satisfied with the quality of the job and the techs that do the cleaning. They are always friendly, polite and in today's customer service climate, a refreshing change!

The man who cleaned the rugs was great. He answered all my questions. Helped me to know what to do after he left. He was careful and neat.
