Got ground in dirt stains out of carpet that I didn't think was possible. Light colored carpet looks brand new so I am extremely pleased based on that result alone. Technician was also very thorough and polite. The upholstery I had cleaned didn't look much different (also dirt from regular use) and the technician went over it multiple times so not for lack of effort, but based on the results from the carpet, I am still very satisfied.
