Dustin was awesome. Very friendly, explained everything in detail, wasn't pushy about the add on treatments. Took great care to make sure everything was cleaned and in good shape before he left. He walked me through each room when he was done and explained that he was or wasn't able to get certain spots clean. I'd request him by name next time!
