The young man that cleaned our carpets was very nice and did a great job! I'm sure he was told to talk to us about duct cleaning; however, this took a lot of time. It would have been better if he did this at the end of the appointment and asked us if we wanted our ducts looked at. I was kind of in a rush that day so this extra time he took in the beginning kind of stressed me out.
Nate was really professional and easy to work with. They got it done super fast in plenty of time so we didn't have to close the shop for even a minute. It looks amazing, and we get comments on it everyday. Thanks!
