I can't say enough good things about Zerorez carpet cleaning! My new puppy has been having accidents all over the carpet, and I honestly thought I was screwed. But when I called Zerorez, they reassured me that they use a special enzyme in their cleaning solution that breaks down the urine and eliminates the odor. Jack, the technician, was absolutely amazing—so kind, professional, and never once made me feel bad or hopeless about the situation. We have used Zerorez for many years. The technicians are always very professional, polite, and knowledgeable.
That being said, we did have an issue with one of the rooms that was cleaned. We called on Thursday and they came out Friday and redid the room. This was the first time we have ever had a problem after many years of using them. We will still recommend them to everyone.

The guy who came out was super nice, efficient and flexible. I asked if he had time to do one more room and he did plus offered me a protectant to minimize future dirt and make spills a little easier to clean and I took it.

I should have written down the names for the fellas who cleaned our main floor carpet and upholstery. They were not only quick and thorough, but incredibly informative. I did not know our mid-height loop-pile nylon or polyester carpet was far superior to the Berber style so in vogue today. Of course, wool loop-pile trumps them all. Berber is used because it is way cheaper to manufacture. Now you know why it is billed to you as the "in" style... to raise profits.
Also it is best to avoid the big-box stores when obtaining carpet. Better quality is from the small vendors.
We did write down a lot of floor care tips they gave us, for hardwood and laminate, too. These are the well-trained and experienced people you can trust to tell you the truth.
