My friend AND neighbor bith had their air vents cleaned. Zerorez can get inside everywhere and show before and after pics with a video. Technician was well informed, had great communication skills and did a beautiful job on our carpets. We had one spot some back and the two techs that came got it out at no charge. The tech was very professional and friendly, and did a great job cleaning our carpets. He did not rush through like some carpet cleaners, he worked methodically and let the equipment do its job. Mark did an especially good job on our stairs, and cleaned the front edge of all the treads. Much appreciated!
