I was able to schedule an appointment for carpet cleaning without waiting until after the holidays. They were able to tell me what time they're coming 2 days before the service, and called me 30 mins beforehand to let me know they're on their way. The carpet is very clean and all manner of stains removed. They are a bit pricier than other services, but I think they do a better job. Thank you! Will definitely use your services again!

Efficient, easy to schedule, very helpful technician

I love how clean my carpet looks even before it dries! Some reviews state that their carpet is too damp to dry quickly. Have they tried other services? We simply turn the heat up 4-5° as soon as the technician leaves and turn it back down when we go to bed. It often is dry by that time.
