The price is reasonable, the job was done on time, the technician was friendly and professional, and we were very satisfied with the results.

Easy to schedule and very good follow up to day of appointment. Crew called to give a heads up to there arrival time. Crew was very polite and provided protection to furniture and made their work plan very clear. Our carpeting is older and it came out just fine. Justin and Kevin were great!

Our service person was Tim Campbell. He was so professional and did such a good job. He offered us many more opportunities but we are on a budget and when I said that he understood. He protected our furniture and wiped up any places the water went that it should not be like the hard wood floor adjoining the carpet. I would recommend him to anyone.
