I like that there is no residue left on my carpet after the cleaning. The technician’s are efficient and knowledgeable.

I appreciated that the technician showed me how the enzymatic pre-treatment worked as he was cleaning. I was surprised at how wet the carpet was at the end, given what the rep described on the phone when I asked about what to expect. The floor at the bottom of the steps was so wet that the basement floor below it was even puddled with water. I had a lot of cleanup to do after the technician left.

I gave a 10 recommendation because I was happy with how clean the carpet got, given how dirty it was to start with.

I had a small problem with the original cleaning and it was fixed the same day I called.

Guy who did the work was extremely smart when it came to the zerorez service. Also LOVE that it dries so quickly as I did it in the morning while my kids were at daycare and it was pretty much dry by the time tgey got home.

Daryl was friendly, professional and did a great job explaining the process. I have a dog and my carpets have never looked better! Daryl was ahead of schedule and called me in advance to see if it was ok to arrive early!
