I recently purchased new furniture, and so before it is delivered, I decided it was the perfect time to have the carpets cleaned. I had heard a lot about Zerorez, and wanted to see what empowered water could really do. Well, let me tell you, the carpet in my sunroom was very dirty---I am not even so sure exactly what was all there---stains just started appearing a few years ago---I thought that maybe it was from the previous owner's dog. I wasn't going to have it cleaned, I was going to rip it out and replace it with hardwood flooring . So when Ricardo, who by the way was very friendly and courteous, came in and started looking at the rooms that I had scheduled, I asked if he would have time to do that room as well. He assured me that he had plenty of time to do that room. So long story short, it came out beautifully. I am really impressed The rest of my rooms turned out just as well. So thank you, Ricardo, you went above and beyond my expectations!!

Technician, Ryan, did a wonderful job and took his time. The carpets turned out looking great. He fully explained the process and what he was doing. I was unsure whether I wanted to proceed with cleaning the grout in my kitchen area. He did a test area for me and it made a huge difference in the appearance of the room.
