While we had a good experience the first time around, we weren't satisfied with the result. Zerorez took notice of this in our feedback report, contacted us, and sent out a technician to dive deeper into the issue at no additional cost. While the (very stubborn) issue is still not fully resolved, it's not for lack of trying on the part of Zerorez--and it's way better than when we started. Zerorez provided excellent service, professional people, and a clear commitment to doing their best. Thanks!

I like how clean my carpets were after Zac cleaned them, No chemical smells carpet was damp didn’t take long to dry and it never got hard and crunchy like it had in the past with other cleaners I have used. I did like the tech Jeremiah he was efficient and the rugs seem to look very nice they haven’t completely dried but he did a nice job

Our cleaner Kevin was very knowledgable & worked so hard to get our carpets to the best possible clean that they could be. It was a very large job & he never made us feel like we were taking up his time because he haf other jobs after ours.
