This team did the best job yet. They made sure my carpet was extra dry so wiking did not occur and leave large spots that came up out of the pad like last time

I also had them clean an arm chair and it looks like new. She pointed out a couple of small spots that did not come out.

I like the fact that you do not use chemicals in your cleaning process. I have had issues with a dog in the past getting sick after I had my carpets cleaned with a different company. I switched to Zerorez & my dog no longer became ill.

All natural products, good service, cleans very well on upholstery and rugs. Dillion was fabulous and cleaned the rugs and upholstery so that they look amazing!!! He was professional, courteous and very personable!

On time. Final bill as quoted on phone. Explained the cleaning process. Have used zerorez since its beginning. Have used carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, grout cleaning, and duct cleaning. Always satisfied.
