The service man was training in a new person. He was very patient and professional. They did a very good job, being careful about the house( corners, entry, other furniture, etc.) The living room and top floor landing dried very well, but I am concerned about the dampness on the stairs. It was damp for two days. I had to leave to go back to my home( this service was a surprise for my daughter’s family while they were on vacation. I also spring cleaned the rest of the house) They come back today. I HOPE it will be throughly dry. Family of 5.

Justin was my technician..he was polite, on time and explained everything completely. He went above and beyond to provide his cleaning service. One of my carpets had a strong residual pet odor from a prior cleaning. When Justin left, there was a slight odor but after the carpet dried, no more odor! My carpets look new and I am no longer embarrassed by an odor in the room. Actually my whole house smells better! Justin was very professional and I would highly recommend him. I will request him for any cleaning I have in the future. Thanks Justin!

Shawn was our Cleaning Tech. He called about 15 minutes prior to arrival at our home. We talked about the carpets that were scheduled to be cleaned and he got started! He was very polite used booties, a runner and doorway rounder for the hose! I've had Zerorez clean our carpets and even our air ducts on previous visits. I give Zerorez 5 Stars!
