We have used Zerorez several times and find their services to be excellent. They are prompt, very thorough in cleaning and applying carpet protection. The explain what they will do and answer questions. On the most recent visit we learned to wait several days before vacuuming carpets to which protection has been applied to allow complete bonding.

I have yet to see the results of my rug cleaning, but the customer service has been great - especially when they picked up my rug.

We had a great experience from start to finish.

The gentlemen did a great job (Derek and Ajae) with our building carpets and conference room chairs, and front lobby with a "sand" trap. They were attentive to detail with the walk through - getting each "trouble" spot out. As they went through to put away their equipment, the building was left tidy and clean!

Awesome job, very helpful and would highly recommend. Our tech was so helpful to us. We were very pleased once again with Zerorez.

After using Zerorez, the carpets didn't feel "crunchy". It feels as if Zerorez needs to use less water, so the carpets didn't feel as wet afterwards. I still waited a full 24 hours before putting items back in place. The citrus spot-cleaner smelled nice as well.

Tech was great. Did a good job. Unfortunately there is still a very visible large spot that didn't get clean. It looked clean when the carpet was wet but not sure what our options are at this point.
