I have used Z before and I’ve been consistently pleased with the results and the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff. I don’t publicly review anything on google or elsewhere, I purposefully stay off media of all types. That said you can use or post these comments independent of my name. Alex did a great job of balancing cost, practicality, my goals of what I wanted to get done, and achieving the best result overall. I love the deep clean of zerorez, and the absence of masking perfumes or smells. I’m really pleased with the result. I own my own carpet cleaner but the results of zerorez are worth the cost. It’s ok to post with my initials.
