Well that customer service man Talon was very good. But when he was done with the carpet after about 2 hours it looks like you guys had never touched our carpet I paid $227 and I'm very disappointed I am waiting for someone to call me back because I would like some kind of refund thank you

We always go to Zererez due to the process used til clean carpets and grout. The staff is always very courteous which is so sappreviated. The technician who came out, Chris Barnes, was outstanding. He ascertained our problem areas and gave us options in very professional manner with no pressure. Our carpets and grout looked beautiful when he finished. You could tell he took pride in his work.
