Very good cleaning and very friendly workers.
Guys were super nice, not pushy. Got most of stains out. Only been couple of days but so far so good. We got travertine floors polished and were beyond happy but it should be told to customers to get it sealed. I think the floor is dirtier now than b4 we had it polished.
Bottom line, the carpet was clean, the service was outstanding, the timing was perfect. Thank you for your complete professionalism.

We have been using your company for years now. However, PLEASE do not ever send that tall guy out to our home again. We do not need anyone telling us how old our carpeting is! We normally have it cleaned every 3 months or so but sometimes longer. It looks like new as we keep it well. But this smart guy is going to tell us how old it is no matter its condition. HIs job is to clean it not to tell us its age. Just don't send him ever again or we will take our business elsewhere!

The pick-up experience was good. The tech called and arrived on date and time scheduled and was courteous. I now realize I should have asked more questions. With respect to the return, after about 1 week or so, I called the office to check on status (I failed to ask during pick-up how much time before return). A delivery date/time was scheduled and that date and time was kept pretty close to what was scheduled. At time of pick-up I was told that the rug would be in a plastic bag, which is what I wanted because I am not going to lay the rug out again. The receipt did not indicate that a bag was requested. Rug did not come in bag. I asked the delivery guys to send me a bag and I would slip the rug in it. The tech/delivery guys were courteous as well.
The work order/receipt didn't identify whether the bio treatment was included (the backing treated) so I don't know if that was done. I did pay the extra $30 for that treatment but it wasn't shown on the receipt.
As far as the cleaning, as I re-rolled the rug to fit in the space, it appeared the cleaning was a success. I don't know if there are any issues with storing a rolled, just cleaned rug. Are there any mold issues, etc. The rug may be in storage for a year or so.
Overall, I am pleased with the experience.

The service technician was friendly and explained what he was doing and why. He showed up on time and was finished in a timely manner. The end result was great.
They charged us $132.00 for their "SPECIAL" 3rooms for $89.00 We have called them several times and they tell us that we will receive a check from them.
Fast courteous service. i have a pet and love the fact that no dangerous chemicals or residue was left behind.
This year's tech was exceptionally professional and considerate.

Clean & efficient-
I believe the chemicals used are environmentally friendly and smell good. I have cats so it is a big concern not letting them walk on a damp carpet with toxic chemicals. The carpet ended up being amazingly clean considering how dirty it was before he started the cleaning process. Zak was very courteous and friendly and did not push up-selling, however I did get the scrubber brush treatment since my carpets were so bad.
