Stating that I have vicious untrained dogs on estimate is very upsetting to me. Because a dog barks at a stranger with a mask that is part of a shirt and covers 3/4 of face is normal behavior. My dogs were in crate prior to arrival so door could be left open for your employee to do his job.

The pricing was not ever clear. At the end, even though he was trying to convince me I received a deal, I still felt overcharged. He was nice and professional though. The carpets look good.
