The servicemen were polite and wanted to please. The floors were old and dirty and did not come clean with the first washing. We asked them to come back to clean again which they did and the floors were much cleaner. They dd not complain and wanted to do a good job which they did.

The technicians were very respectful to us and our home. After our carpets were cleaned and dry, the high traffic areas still stood out a bit more than we thought they should. I called Zerorez and without hesitation, technicians were scheduled to come back to work on those certain areas one more time. They came out looking great. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend Zerorez if you are looking to get your carpets cleaned. They stick with the job until it is done and you are fully satisfied.
