I like that there are no chemicals used when you clean rugs. However, you are more expensive. I would think less chemicals means less cost, but in your case it means more cost.

I was charged 3x the price offered by tech to deep clean pet stains. I was misquoted the additional bio treatment as being $35 per house not per pet stain. Further more I had to barter with tech to remove the $100 fee if he needed to use the portable system. He then retaliated by triple charging for pet stains and did not use blue light to expose any other stains I did not know location of. The call center refused to offer a price deduction.
My carpets now smell worse than before since he steamed surface of untreated pet stains.
Being on a fixed income is hard, especially when you entrusted care to chosen business and still left with unclean carpet & stress
