Around the area rugs that were cleaned the floor was sticky the next morning, and I had to wash it to get the residue off. My technician was such a nice guy and worked with me, but he didn’t finish cleaning up. My floor should not have been left sticky. Also in the kitchen where he did the tile work, the corners were still dirty she didn’t go into the corners and actually address that issue.

They are fast, efficient, on time and communicate well, and it always looks great afterward

I always compare our Zerorez first visit with the present. I believe his name was Oscar or Carlos. He did the same rooms hallways and stairs he did the pet treatment. Our carpet felt and smelled awesome and we were very impressed. I do think the recent Zerorez techs do the best of their ability I just compare them to our first visit. Maybe I’m being unfair with a score of 5 . I was hoping to have the same as our first visit. When friends ask I have to be honest with them. “It’s not like our first visit with Zerorez. I’m very sorry. I like giving good reviews and feedback I don’t feel I’ve done that here.

Your men dropped some kind of liquid on our paver drive and won't go away. They also said they would be back to fix opening to attic as it is mess as they had to take down all the trim, I did not think was necessary but they said it was, but have not been back to fix it. I found the paint for it and everything and am waiting for them to show, NO SHOW!!!!!!

The guys were prompt, thorough, wore their booties, and sweet as can be. AND the price was fair!

Needs to check or mark all dirty spots thoroughly before starting the steam. And should take their to shampoo/brushing in order to get a best and clean result.

I think the cost is too high... based on the amount of space cleaned. Your ads and phone reps make it see like it will be much less. The onsite tech was referencing what I paid the prior cleaning.... where I thought the price was too high. I would not have booked again if I knew it was based on a prior bill.

It's too hard to cancel when the tech is in your house. The tech (Angel) was very nice. I will find another company that does not bait and switch. Goodbye.
