There were still places with spots. The tile wasn't able to be done because of color stain in grout and even a light clean didn't get corners clean at all. White water spots were left on the tile from the hoses that must have leaked during carpet cleaning. I'm 9 mos. Pregnant and asked if the tile was going to be done 1st or the carpet and he said he would do the carpet 1st so me and my husband moved all furniture to the tile. Only for him to say he was going to do the tile first so we begin to move it back then he tested an area of tile and said he would not be able to do it, so we (me and husband) moved yet again the furniture back to the tile. It was so existing I should have done it myself as I usually did before.

You really get out pet stains. The carpets dry quickly and there is no after odor.
I did not realize that your process was totally soak my carpet!! It took 2 days to dry. I also spent the next day vacuuming my carpet to try to fluff it up again. My carpet was crunchy!! Also the places where the techs went over it twice are still crunchy. The techs were very professional and friendly and wanted to do a good job!! I would give them a great recommendation, however, your process is not one that I liked.
I had you pick up two very expensive carpets to be cleaned. Several months later, when I had not heard from anyone at you business, I tried to call to find out the status of the carpets. The back and forth with leaving messages and nobody replying to me was painful and in fact, I was concerned at one point that my carpets were probably lost forever. I was finally able to make contact and after a few more weeks of trying to schedule a delivery, the carpets are back with me. The job was well done. However, nobody should have to deal with this sort of unprofessional behavior from a business....
Service technician was very professional and courteous. We are especially pleased with how clean the area rug turned out.

I liked the way your Technician explained what he was going to do, and how he was going to do it. Considering the condition my rugs were before he cleaned them, and how they look after they were cleaned--I would give your service a 10. My only complaint would be on how long the rugs took to dry after they were cleaned???

I still have a dark shadow where dirty areas were. I realize though that we have old carpet and probably no one could get our heavy walked areas completely clean.

Zerorez has given us prompt courteous and knowledgable service both times we have used them. Their technicians ask pertinent questions and are very conscious about the work they do. If you have questions about other flooring materials you need cleaned they are very eager to answer them. We would recommend Zerorez to everyone.
