Very clean technician well manner

On time, clean and works great on our carpets. Personable workers.

The two service technicians were very neat, very professional, very willing to perform all that was required. They used before and after photos and documented the value of the services provided. When the taskes were completed, they cleaned up after themselves and left our home as clean as when they found it. I would recommend the service highly.

Russell did a great job on the carpets in my bedrooms. He offered solutions to try to combat the stains. Removed stains I didn’t think could come out. He additionally recommended tile cleaning which was amazing when I saw the before and after photos of prior work he had done which I will be using should I purchase a home with tile. I didn’t even know they offered that service. The company also followed up with me after filling out online information that I didn’t complete. I thought they couldn’t get me in with the limited timeframe I had but with the call she was able to fit me in. It was a win for all of us!!

There was no wet mess left behind as I have experienced before with other carpet cleaning. Kendall was very conscious on doing a good job and explaining things before he started. Very polite.

Had a wonderful experience! It was quick, friendly and affordable. Kendell was AMAZING! He made sure he explained what the process was and talked to me about the cleaning solutions he was using. I had a rug and my car seats cleaned. The seats in my car were pretty stained from my dogs and just normal wear over the years. Kendell worked very hard to get everything out and my seats looked 1000x better once he finished. Will be requesting him for future cleanings!!

We had our grout sealed throughout the entire house. It looks amazing - and we highly recommend Zerorez. We have used them many times, they are prompt, courteous and provide excellent service at a great price.
