When booking the carpet cleaning, the individual I spoke with was understand and worked with me on the price. The carpet cleaning technician listened and performed the cleaning thoroughly and explained some things as he cleaned. I have recommended Zerorez to the Executive Director at Augustine Landing for the buildings common areas.

I've used this company twice and both times had positive experiences.
The cleaning wand left marks on my wool rug🙁 Zerorez is aware of that but has not contacted me.
Morgan did great job of cleaning our throw rugs..
My only thing is that Zerorez is very expensive which makes me not want to use them. This time was ok with the discount or special, but normal costs incurred like when I have my floors steam cleaned, it's crazy expensive.

The carpeting was not cleaned properly... Two bedrooms and a walk-in closet and the total time spent was about 20 minutes... Had to have you come back for a revisit tomorrow!

Our recent tile and carpet cleaning service by Zerorez was just what our floors needed! The almost 30 year old tile, original to the home, turned out even better than expected. Cory, our technician, took the time to inspect the areas before getting started to educate us on any potential areas of concern, and to confirm our expectations. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish!
