I have used you for years and you service has always been top notch.
This year, I had some stains that didn't come out. In particular, I had a coffee stain that didn't really come out of the carpet. Don't know if that is a particularly difficult stain to remove or if with a little more work, more of the stain could have come out.

I see little to no difference at all from what my couch looked like prior to your service as opposed to after your service.

The guy who came out was great and personable. I was not present for the floor cleaning and sealing, but came at the end of the job. The floors and carpet were definitely cleaned, however I'm extremely skeptical all the grout was sealed, considering the method he showed me, with the time he was here. I was expecting it to take an entire day, which I was told over the phone and he was only here 3 1/2 hours. I can tell when the grout gets wet that the grout wasn't sealed. I'm not sure I got everything I paid for...

I want them re-cleaned w/o charge ASAP. Not by the technician who tried to clean them on 2/10/24. I have been a client for many years. Request a Supervisor Inspection PRIOR to recleaning.
