This is the 2nd time we hired ZeroRez. Ethan was polite, called to notify me when he was en route, customer service oriented and courteous. He took the time to explain everything in advance. As someone that interacts with vendors quite a bit in my line of work I continue to be impressed with their overall service. We have severe allergies & the best part is that the products they used don't leave any strong odors either. Everything they cleaned looks new again! 10 STARS & HIGHLY RECOMMEND ZEROREZ!!!

My technician was very professional, courteous and explained how the service was going to be performed.
I had Precision Carpet last time I had my carpets cleaned and my house smelled clean after they were finished. Also, they took their time doing the job. I felt like your guy rushed through the job and I'm not sure the carpets are really that clean after he finished. Maybe they are cleaner but I expect the house to have that clean smell when the job is done and I don't smell that.
I was satisfied with the job your associated did. However, there is always room for improvement. Your prices are a bit steep but I would use your services again!!
