We liked the difference the cleaning made.

Well, leaving no residue is the main thing. I guess time will tell the long term, so can't answer that for now. But very please about the soiled areas that came clean..

There is definitely an upsell technique when you are expecting any of their 'specials' but when you work that out, their cleaning process just works. We had some smells that were apparently 'baked' in the carpet, even after our first cleaning. Zerorez came back out and worked on the problem areas again at no charge. We'll use these guys again.

(sorry I don't remember his name) he took the time to explain every step he was doing and then explained the products he left with me and how to use them. the service was professional and fast, very respectful of our dwellings as well.
