Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service tech. Prompt arrival, did the work quickly while still doing a thorough job. This is our 2nd cleaning with Zerorez and they will be the only company to ever clean our floors. Superb job all around.

Everything!! I liked how courteous the guys were, not only to me but also to my 3yr old son. Very quick and did an amazing job. Took the time to explain what they were seeing as trouble spots and what could be done about them. They also listened and made sure my questions were answered. I will and have already recommended Zerorez to everyone I've talked to since my carpets were cleaned.

We were very happy that we do not smell dog urine anymore. The carpets looked great, and the cost was reasonable.

The man that came to clean was very knowledgeable about your products and rugs in general. My carpet needed to be re-done in a few spots. The cleaning person told me about wear on the rugs and how to change things up so it wouldn't be in the same spot. He was very helpful. Thank you so much. See you next year!
