Carpet came out better than we had anticipated. We had been looking at new carpet or laminate flooring but we thought we would try you guys first. The last company that did our carpet was not very impressive. Thanks for saving me from buying new flooring.

Friendly phone experience when I called in; Friendly, neatly dressed and knowledgeable carpet cleaner guy (and good looking!) Although I might have had my air ducts and registers cleaned if I would have been asked. The carpet looks great. Glad you were able to come this far north (60 miles north of Des Moines - how about opening up a branch this way - maybe Ames??

People on the phone and the worker himself that came to my home were VERY friendly and seemed to truly care about serving me. He was super-careful with my walls, furniture, etc. I think you have a GREAT product and more people should use your company!

The service man was very efficient and professional. The time frame they had given me was from 10:00 to 1:00. He called and was here by 10:00. This was the second time that I had my carpets cleaned and I used Zerorez both times. I am very happy the way my carpet looked after having it cleaned.
