The technician did a very good job. We went through areas of concern both before and after. Everything came out great.

The request to add a tip on the payment platform was really strange though.

As we are only two days from completion of the service, I don't have a review of the product's lasting success. Overall, carpets appear cleaner. My review is based on the excellent service provided by the technician. He was professional and efficient, as well as conscientious of my home and belongings.

I really appreciate the effort to make sure the carpets were cleaned and the explanation of what Auggie was aiming to do and his thoughts about animals affecting carpeting and such. Auggie was very professional and dedicated to getting the job done. He is really concerned about making sure the customers are satisfied with the work being done. He is a very dedicated employee of Zerorez. I heard compliments about Zerorez from some of the other residents in the townhome area where mine is located - and they thought Zerorez did an excellent job for them - and I concur 100% in that assessment that Zerorez is an excellent carpet cleaning business. Zerorez a number of years ago had done a fantastic job at an apartment complex I managed - and their level of service remains unsurpassed in all respects. I certainly give Zerorez and Auggie an appreciative thumbs up! Thanks for doing a great job.
