We recently got a puppy and had a lingering urine odor smell throughout our house after the puppy had many accidents. After zerorez came and cleaned the carpets, the carpets look great and the smell is gone! I'm very satisfied!

Your service personnel were efficient, courteous, informative and their work was very professional. I have already recommended them to a neighbor and I believe they have already completed and estimate for them. I believe their price to be reasonable considering the quality of the work. Also, they were timely as to arrival and completion within their estimated time to complete the job. Where some additional effort was necessary they made that effort. At completion they went over the job with me and made sure I was satisfied. Also the odor of the cleaning products was very pleasing.
My dealing with the staff to accomplish this cleaning was excellent and when I asked for some change to the order they were extremely accommodating. They coordinated/established the effort to a convenient time for us.
