Cody was awesome. Arrived when he said he would, answered all of my questions and did an awesome job with our carpet. He was very knowledgeable about the products used and explained the process very well. He could not have been any more professional, respectful, or helpful!! Upon completion he seemed proud of his work and was anxious to show me the finished product. He made our 26-year-old carpet look almost like new!! (Can't help the high-traffic area marks left by years of use.) I will definitely use Zerorez again and will recommend them to friends and family.

Your representative, Cody Kiefer, was simply amazing! He was kind, caring and professional from the first moment he entered our home until he finished the job. I am very happy with the care he took in our home and when I use Zerorez again I will request him to do the work for us. I don't normally fill surveys out but my interaction with Cody was outstanding and I think that should be recognized. We are very happy with how our 14 year old carpet looks after the cleaning and will most definitely be using your company again. By the way, the orange peel cleaner smelled amazing! Thank you. Tha carpets are always clean and stay that way because there is no soapy residue. The techs are thorough and friendly, and they explain everything. It seems a tad expensive, but it's worth it for the results. We have used Zerorez for several years, on carpets that are 15+ years old, and this year my husband said he thought they were the cleanest they've ever been.

My cleaning person, Justin, was extremely friendly and professional. He was very clean cut and was very good at explaining the process. He worked quickly and throughorly

I felt like the job was done well. My carpet was noticeably cleaner. My only concern was that my scheduled appointment was 2-5. I raced home from work to be here. I called the office at 2:40 to check the status and was told he was running behind and would probably be closer to 4. I got a call at 4:28 p.m. that he was leaving a job. He arrived at 5 and was at our house until about 6:30. I would have thought someone from the office would have told me the schedule was changing. I could have gone back to work from 2-5. It wasn't the carpet cleaners fault. I believe he may have been overscheduled that day? I am pleased with the end result; however the communication of the schedule and delay wasn't great. It was fortunate I am able to work from home; it could have been a bigger issue for someone who had to take time off from work to wait for 3 hours.

Just got carpets and couch cleaned...look fabulous. Hoping it lasts, so the jury is still out. Happy so far!

I was very impressed with the service Howard did. He didn't miss an inch cleaning all our carpeting in our church. He took his time and it turned out great! I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone needing their carpets cleaned!

Product is pet friendly, and cleans beautifully. The Tech, Aaron, was very professional, informative, and friendly. Suggested the stain product (which I purchased) but was not pushy at all. He called and arrived exactly at the time which he said he would be there.
