We were able to get our appointment for the day we wanted it. The young man was courteous and did the job in a timely manner. We were impressed with how well our 13+ year old carpet that was riddled with coffee spills and traffic lane dirt looked afterwards. I seriously doubt I will ever use my Bissell again.

I like the way the carpet looks after it is cleaned. Also the carpet is not as wet as other cleaners.

Very friendly and a fantastic finished product!

Cody Kiefer did an excellent job. He prepped the carpet well, protected my woodwork with corner guards, and put a door "shield" in to keep out the cold. I will request him next time.
