Pet stains removed and carpet looks great and feels great. The two guys were cordial, explained the process and were on their way after about an hour. I will definitely use Zerorez again and have already recommended to a friend in another state. Price was right.

The gentleman that came and did our carpet was excellent. That carpet was a mess and he did an awesome job. He worked and scrubbed and did all he could to get it looking great. He did an amazing job!. We will definitely be using Zerorez for any future carpet cleaning we need.

Noah was polite and professional and efficient. He explained each step of the process and answered all of my questions. I LOVE the scent of the product; a very clean light citrus and my carpets were dry by 6 PM following an 8 AM appointment.

Zerorez cleaned my area rug and carpet very thoroughly. They were extremely courteous and prompt. I couldn't believe how clean they got my area rug and that they got all of the biological stains off my carpet!

I liked how quickly the work was done. However I didn't understand having to spend additional money on the pet stains. If your company is cleaning the carpets to remove stains wouldn't the stain removing product already be in the solution that your company is using? Not just water?
