When the process is done the carpet is brighter and like new.

The technician who came to our house was prompt and explained the process well. Precautions were taken near our wood floors and corners in the house where equipment would travel. Everything was cleaned up when the tech left.

Also, I have not had carpeting in my home for a very long time, but I remember well the crunchy feeling after carpet cleanings. Did not have that with Zerorez.

Their staff if quite friendly and helpful, quality customer service and they educate carpet owners. Clean is CLEAN and dried in about 2 to 3 hours, not 24 or so.

Theo did a great job cleaning our air ducts and Zerorez was a great company to work with. If are considering hiring Zerorez, DO IT. You won’t be disappointed. My wife and I are glad we did!
